*1.  The current 20-working-day turnaround time (from sample arrival at the lab to reported date) for Pap tests is within acceptable limits.
  
*2.  Pap test reports are clear and concise with the necessary relevant Pap result information.
  
*3.  The annual Pap Test Sample Quality Report that the lab uses to provide feedback on sampling quality contains useful information on my Pap sampling technique.
