BC Emergency Health Services provides pre-hospital emergency services and inter-facility patient transfers throughout the province and oversees the BC Ambulance Service and BC Patient Transfer Services. The organization operates over 100 stations throughout the province. Over the next 18 months, a strategic facilities planning process is underway that will recommend how to maintain, improve and, if necessary, create new stations over time to meet BC EHS’ service goals.
