Privacy Notice
Foundry will keep your information so we can confirm your registration in group services with you, keep your information in our system so you don’t to repeat it if you want more services, and help us evaluate our services.
Foundry collects and protects your personal information consistent with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
If you are invited to participate in the group then, then information you provide in will be moved to Foundry’s data collection platform called Toolbox and be shared with your care provider and care team to support the types of services that you receive. This will be true for the group you are signing up to be a part of and any future services you might want to receive from us. Your information may also be used to evaluate and improve Foundry Services or be used for research projects. To protect your privacy, any information that identifies you, such as your name and personal health number, will be removed before sharing any results.
Your privacy will be respected. Foundry will not release any identifying information to anybody else, unless you allow us to, or we are required to do so by law. For example, staff are required to report if a client is believed to be at risk for harming themselves or others, or if a court of law requests these records.
